The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the schedule for the All India Bar Examination XIX (AIBE 19) 2024. The exam is slated for November 24, 2024, and registration is currently open.
The deadline for paying the examination fee is October 28, with the final date for correcting submitted forms set for October 30.
To pass the AIBE, general and OBC candidates must secure at least 45 percent, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates need a minimum of 40 percent. The BCI has also issued Certificates of Practice (COP) to those who passed the 18th AIBE, which are necessary for advocates to practice and represent clients in Indian courts.
