The Full Court of Delhi High Court has decided to start the complete physical hearing of Cases from March 15.
The Delhi High Court will commence physical hearing of the matters on the daily basis from March 15, After holding only virtual courts from March 2020 on account of COVID-19 pandemic.
The decision was taken at a full court meeting on Friday.
From 18 January, 11 Benches of the HC – two division benches, three single benches (civil), three single benches (criminal) and three original jurisdiction benches had begun holding physical court. Some benches have even adopted the hybrid model for conducting court proceedings.
