The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Portal has issued FAQs and User Manual for Form GSTR-4 Annual Returns Offline Utility by composition taxpayers.
An Excel based tool to facilitate the preparation of annual return in Form GSTR-4 to be filed by composition dealer. All taxpayers who have opted for composition scheme for any period during the financial year need to file this form.
