The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) notified the IBBI (Liquidation Process) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2020 on 5th August, 2020.
It amends the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016.
