MCA Notifies Appointment Of 24 Judicial And Technical NCLT Members

The Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs on Tuesday announced the appointment of 24 individuals as Judicial and Technical Members to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Principal Bench in New Delhi.

The newly appointed members consist of 11 Judicial Members and 13 Technical Members, each set to serve a five-year term or until reaching the age of 65, whichever comes earlier.

These appointments aim to enhance the tribunal's efficiency in managing cases, particularly in areas like insolvency, corporate disputes, and mergers and acquisitions.
