The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has recently notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Annual Report) Rules, 2021 whereby new format for annual report has been given.
According to new rules the report should include an analysis of economic and investment environment in India along with comparison with developed and peer countries and potential risk factors; stress factors indicated through market signals.
There is no change in the timeline which says annual report has to be submitted within 90 days after the end of each financial year.
