The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) will continue to hear urgent matters through video conferencing during this third phase of national lockdown.
“In view of the seriousness of pandemic Novel Corona Virus (COVID -19) the Government of India has extended the lockdown till 17th May 2020, to prevent it. The urgent matters at NCLT Benches shall be hear through Video Conference (VC) till the lockdown ends.” The notice released on Sunday said.
The NCLT has asked that all advocates, litigants and others who would be part of the hearings to dress formally while addressing the video conference.
