The Rajasthan High Court will start regular functioning from 29th June, 2020 after the end of summer vacations. Guidelines have been issued to advocates and court staff to follow in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the notification issued by the court, All the Benches of High Court will function regularly from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM with lunch break from 1.00 PM to 2.00 PM. The working hours of the courts and number of cases to be listed can be revised based on working of the system from time to time.
Entry of Iaw interns in the court premises is strictly prohibited. Advocates/Litigants and other Stake-holders appearing in the courts shall be required to wear face mask or face cover. Wearing of gown and coat is optional.
All the guidelines mentioned in notification would be in addition to guidelines issued by Central & State Government.
