
Standing Committee On Finance Submits Third Report On Demands For Grants For Corporate Affairs Ministry
The Standing Committee on Finance has recently concluded its scrutiny of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ budgetary demands for the fiscal year 2024-25. The Committee, chaired by Bhartruhari Mahtab examined the proposed expenditure and sought clarifications from ministry officials during a hearing held on October 29, 2024.
The Committee took oral evidence from representatives of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on October 29, 2024, and expressed gratitude for their cooperation. The report was adopted by the Committee on December 4, 2024.
The Demands for Grants (2024-25) of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs have been examined by the Committee under Rule Section 331E(1)(a) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha.
