The Competition Commission of India (Combinations) Regulations, 2024

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on September 9, 2024, issued the Competition Commission of India (Combinations) Regulations, 2024. These regulations, officially named the Competition Commission of India (Combinations) Regulations, 2024, will come into effect on September 10, 2024.

The provisions of these regulations shall have effect in all matters relating to combinations notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other regulations framed under the Act.
